After Joe died in 1986, Rose rented the building out, but eventually closed it.[11]
(Yes, Joe Mellencamp is singer John Mellencamp's uncle.) • Leased by: Jeff & Sherri Herron[7]

• Floor type: Wood, with sound proofing[6]
• Primary reason for closing: After Joe died in 1986, Rose rented the building out, but eventually closed it.[11]

(Yes, Joe Mellencamp is singer John Mellencamp's uncle.)

• Floor type: Maple Hardwood[11]
• Primary reason for closing: I don't have an exact closing date or reason, but it may have had something to do with the bridge closing, to be rebuilt (see article below.)[12], and/or Mr. Noblitt's declining health and eventual death in 2015[10]
• Opened: 2008[11] - 2014[12]
"Opened in January 2008, but then near record breaking flooding hit in June 2008."[11]
